This is the beautiful Bostonian Dollhouse. It has 11 rooms and a large footprint measuring 48"W x 24" D x 41" H. Lots of room for miniatures and more miniatures! I have built this dollhouse many times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. Unforfortunatly, Real Good Toys has discontinued this dollhouse. If I can track down a kit I will be happy to assemble and build this dollhouse for you. Please contact me and we can begin the process of tracking one down.
I will assemble and finish this dollhouse with your choice of exterior colors and finish the inside with the following:
- wallpapered rooms (in your choice of colors- patterns vary)
- baseboards
- crown molding
- working interior doors on the second and 3rd floor rooms (total of 6 doors)
- staircase with spindles, railings and banisters
- stained wood floors throughout

Lighting Upgrade is an additional $650.00. It includes tapewire installation with one overhead flush mount ceiling fixture per room (total of 11).
