This little dollhouse is a best seller as a first dollhouse for a child or as a good starter dollhouse for a miniature collector. Little Darlings will completely assemble, paint and shingle this dollhouse for you. Just choose your favorite paint colors and shingle color. We can also finish the interior of the dollhouse. This package includes assembly and complete exterior finishing. You choose your exterior paint colors and shingle stain color and it will be totally finished outside. The inside will be left bare as shown:

Plan B
$800.00 Including FREE SHIPPING to the Continental US Only
This package option includes the same exterior finishing as mentioned in Plan A plus interior finishing. The interior finishing will include wallpaper and paint (paint includes the stairs, interior window trim, front door and ceilings), and finished wood floors. This does NOT include baseboards, crown molding, staircase banisters and railings or interior doors.

This plan features the complete exterior finishing with total assembly, paint (you choose your colors) and shingles (you choose your shingle color). Interior finishing will include wallpaper, baseboards, crown molding, working interior and exterior doors, finished floors, staircase with banisters and newel post and interior window trim. Their dollhouses are heirloom quality and extremely sturdy. They consist of 3/8 inch thick walls and floors, clapboard siding milded directly into the walls, wood shingles and classic details. The prices you'll find on this website include the cost of the dollhouse kit, labor and all finishing supplies. I will personally assemble, paint, shingle and finish the exterior of the dollhouse of your choice. For the inside I offer 3 different package options for you to choose from. The package options allow you to determine how much or how little finishing you prefer on the inside. And by doing so you can determine how much you want to pay! Little Darlings understands each customer's needs are different. So whether you're looking for a dollhouse for a young child or you're a serious miniature collector we've got you covered!
Once you've chosen your dollhouse go to my new website and Online STORE where you can purchase your dollhouse. Shipping is available for most dolhouses and is included in the price when applicable. Shipping is available in the Continental US only. FREE delivery and pickup is available in the Cincinnati/Northern KY area.
