New Haven Dollhouse

The New Haven Dollhouse is a beautiful Victorian dollhouse.  This dollhouse is similar to the retired Newport Dollhouse (pictures of some of my finished Newport dollhouses below) but with some slight improvements. The New Haven features up to 13 rooms and measures 32" W x 20" D x 42.5" H.  I will custom build this dollhouse just for you with:
*Exterior paint colors of your choice
*Wood shingles for the roof in your choice of reddish brown or gray stain
*Interior finished and stained floors throughout
*Interior doors on the 2nd and 3rd Floors
*Wallpapered rooms
*Baseboards
*Crown molding
*Staircase with banisters and railings

Total Cost $3,500.00 INCLUDING Shipping to the Continental U.S. only**

**Shipping includes pickup, freight packaging and shipping up to $600.00.  Any additional costs related to your dollhouse shipping is the buyer's responsibility.  

Optional Upgrade:
Electric Lighting  $450.00
This includes electric tapewire lighting run throughout the house with 6 ceiling lights installed and several outlets to plug in additional lamps. (Lamps not included).
Want more lights?  Additional fixtures can be added for $35.00 each.
